Acting as an authorized factory service provider for Manfrotto Distribution in Canada, Gentec International is equipped and ready to meet all your service needs.
The Manfrotto brands served at Gentec International include Manfrotto, Gitzo, National Geographic, Kata, Lastolite, and Avenger. Gentec International’s longstanding quality assurance process ensures that repairs for all Manfrotto Distribution brands and products are inspected and approved before leaving our facility. Our streamlined repair and inventory process guarantees ultimate efficiency, and factory-authorized quality means that only original factory parts are used. Gentec International promises a total satisfaction warranty on repairs and labor for 90 days.
Please note: Gentec International is authorized to perform service and ship equipment within Canada only. For any service, whether under warranty or not, a valid Canadian shipping address must accompany your repair.
Don’t forget to include a brief note explaining the issue you’re experiencing, along with a copy of your proof of purchase if applicable, your return address, phone number, and email. Once received, we will proceed from there.
Gentec International’s business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). From May to September, we are open until 4:00 PM on Fridays and until 3:00 PM on long weekends.
