How to process a return

Gitzo takes pride in the quality of its products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, please let us know and we will assist you with a refund or exchange. 
Items must be returned within 10 days of invoice date together with our 'Returns Form' completed.

Return acceptance conditions

Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them (original packaging, manuals, cables, labels). Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order.

Acceptance of return

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product and confirm the possibility of accepting the return.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased via the same credit card or payment method used.

  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us (we recommend using a trackable shipping method).
    Shipping cost is refundable if item is deemed 'Dead On Arrival' or 'Faulty' by the returns department.
  • Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.
  • If a refund is approved please allow two weeks from the time you return your package for the refund to be credited to your account. 

 

Product Exchange 

Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to offer you the possibility to exchange your item.

However, you can refuse the parcel at the delivery, and you will be refunded once the parcel has been received back into our warehouse.

If you have already received the product, you can open a return and arrange to send the item back for a refund.
