What are the shipping methods?

We offer shipping services through UPS with the following delivery methods:

STANDARD DELIVERY AT HOME ADDRESS

• Standard Delivery for Orders Under €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and the shipping fee is €5.00.

• Standard Delivery for Orders Over €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and is FREE of charge.

• Standard Delivery for Bulky Items*: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days and is €25.00. Products with the following characteristics shall be considered bulky:

- Weighs more than 20 kg.
- Its longest side exceeds 97 cm in length.
- Its total size exceeds 300 cm in length and girth combined.

This service is available on all orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day. All orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next working day. This excludes public and bank holidays.

STANDARD DELIVERY AT UPS ACCESS POINT

• Orders Under €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and the shipping fee is €5.00.
• Orders Over €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and is FREE of charge.

This service is not available for products that exceed the maximum size set by VIDENDUM. Exclusions may apply. In this case, UPS Access Point™ will not be displayed at the checkout.
