What are the shipping methods?

We offer shipping services through UPS with the following delivery methods:

• Standard Delivery for Orders Under €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and the shipping fee is €5.00.

• Standard Delivery for Orders Over €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and is FREE of charge.

• Standard Delivery for Bulky Items*: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days and is €25.00. Products with the following characteristics shall be considered bulky:

- Weighs more than 44 lbs/20 kg.
- Its longest side exceeds 38 in/97 cm in length.
- Its total size exceeds 118 in/300 cm in length and girth combined.

This service is available on all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day. All orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. This excludes public and bank holidays.

Delivery to a UPS Access Point with Standard Delivery
• Orders Under €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and the shipping fee is €5.00.
• Orders Over €150: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and is FREE of charge.

This service is not available for products that exceed the maximum size set by VIDENDUM. Exclusions may apply, in this case; UPS Access Point™ will not be displayed at the checkout.
