When can I submit my claim form?

Forms can be submitted immediately. Any form submitted after 30th April 2022 will not be valid.

I’ve not received a confirmation email, what do I do?

After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your claim within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk email or contact our customer care team.

Why has my claim been rejected?

Claims will be rejected for the following reasons;

  • Not submitted within valid promotional and claim timings as specified in terms and conditions
  • Not submitted with valid proof of purchase as specified in terms and conditions
  • Purchase not made with authorised retailer as specified in terms and conditions
  • Product is not valid for this promotion

What do I need to claim the discounted backpack?

You need to complete the entry form and supply all details including valid proof of purchase.

What is the latest date I can take part?

The valid promotion period is between 5th November and 31st March 2021. All forms must be submitted before midnight on 30th April 2022.
