How can I see the status of my return request?

You can easily track the status of your return by accessing the 'My Returns' section on our website, by simply logging into your account. From there, you will be able to see the current status and progress of your return.

If you have requested a return without having created an account, you can access this page by filling in the required fields: the order number that begins with "P", your surname and your email.

If you made a return without creating an account, we recommend contacting our customer care team for further updates on your return. They will be able to assist you in tracking the progress of your return and provide you with any necessary updates or information.
