Return acceptance conditions

Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them (original packaging, manuals, cables, labels). Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order.

Acceptance of return

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product and confirm the possibility of accepting the return.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased via the same credit card or payment method used. The refund will be issued as quickly as possible but within 15 working days.

  • The shipping cost for the original delivery method will not be refunded unless the product is confirmed to be faulty after inspection at our warehouse.
  • The shipping cost of returning the products back to our warehouse needs to be paid by the customer, we currently do not offer free returns or pre-paid postage labels.

 

Product Exchange 

Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to offer you the possibility to exchange your item.

However, you can refuse the parcel at the delivery, and you will be refunded once the parcel has been received back into our warehouse.

If you have already received the product, you can open a return and arrange to send the item back for a refund.
